Yeah I think the person trying to scalp the 250000 shares may have got stuck. If that was them sitting at .031 they are patient and didn't bail end of day. Will know tomorrow if 200000 shares are parked on the ask again where ever the ask may be.
One positive is ENCC has a low float. 67,425,560 as of: Dec 31, 2016. I need to go through the messages here to see if anyone has called the transfer agent to see what the current shares are. If not I will give the transfer agent a call myself. Still at 67,425,560 would be good news.
