Sox, why are you dwelling on this? It sounds like you're holding a grudge for Loop or something. I am no lawyer, but even I know that if a Muslim mosque or entity is found guilty of and liable for illegal activities, that entity can be fined and the court can attach and sell any real property that is available to satisfy the punishment/claim.
