its a well kept secret, words really not out yet of what a modest purchase can do. 50 k shares yesterday would drive it to a dime that's a no brainier money making opportunity for a day trader. maybe it's a blessing in disguise that sharks haven't moved in , especially since there is no dilution and just a float that is almost gone
