That's a pretty bold accusation, I don't think he would appoint a lawyer to the board if he was trying to fraud shareholders. Furthermore the chart isn't showing any dilution.

I'm not wasting posts on you though, if people don't see where this is going then it's their loss. Maybe it'll make more sense when the stock is at .50 again.
