I can answer that without the sarcasm. I don't believe Garth is selling.
1- He can't as far as I know sell personal holdings while not current. 2- Dilution would never have maintained a multi-million share bid for this duration. 3- Someone wants shares and has spent is fairly significant amount of money acquiring them and waiting for them.
Conclusion...this one could have a nice little run coming...in this world...trading action is your best friend...unless you know someone.
