Cybertekmktg, if you do talk to Dan and ask him about the poor stock performance and he responds with the excuse "biotech market conditions have been difficult" as the company has said before, call his bluff. Remind him that the IBB is currently only 4% below its 52 week high and XBI only 6% below its 52 week high yet ADXS is 52% below its 52 week high.
