Who else would have that many shares to unload at 0.0001?

Since ICBS hasn't filed anything since 2012 it's anyone's guess what's going on here.

The only fact is that it's not adding any value for shareholders.

GOTTA LOVE THE BID SUPPORT BUILDING UP IMMIDIATELY $$$. May have been a long SHAREHOLDER who just couldn't hold out anymore *. I have a hunch who may have sold.. * but that's their business.

The bid is building, and those SHARES sold are in NEW HANDS FOR THE UPCOMING JAMBOREE $$$$
