Since a merger with another company is planned would the merging company want the stock as cheap as possible?. Not sure how that works exactly. The merging company would have to assume all of the shares of DECN. Which means they would assume the cost of all the shares. Does anyone have insight on this process?
Also, if the merger is completed before a settlement with JJ. Who gets that settlement money?
