RSII red on very low volume. Once the DD spreads on RSII w run again. If the #1 scam stock MME# out there that has always been a huge scam for so many years back I can not remember as it comes up with a new oil or coal scam about every 2 years can have what 5 to 10 billion shares and run over .05 as a well known scam then RSII should not be trading anywhere near down where we are right now. Time to run her over .015 soon on the charts then we move over .02 much easier.
