The following quotes defy reality...

The shares outstanding count is now 995 Million as of April 3, 2017

ELTP's authorized share count is 1 Billion. They currently are 5 million shy of that number.

How did it happen that the authorized shares moved from what was 995 million to now the 1 billion you reported when there was nothing in Elite's filings to indicate that increase. And, as if that was not incredible enough, we are to believe that the company ripped through 85 million shares in four months! Sorry, but that is not credible. Not sure about some, but I was around when the increase went through to authorize the 995 million and I kept track.
