Are you saying that there is enough DD to know that?? Is that based on The share count?? Are the terms of the Offer finalized... or is there Links saying that it is definite?? Perhaps.. There is a guarantee that Shareholders will get that money?? IS there a plan simply to keep the $12 million by PMEA and use it on a new endeavor... that is Guaranteed to make money??

Do you have links showing that the DD? you provided is Correct?? Or is it an opinion not based on the facts as SHAREHOLDERS CURRENTLY KNOW THEM ???
