I have been looking closely, but I cannot find any details on the M&A partner, a current SEC filer with a large shareholder base.

I also cannot find anything about the Preliminary Agreement in the final stages of completing a Definitive Agreement with an anticipated closing during the second quarter 2017.

Perhaps the

is keeping it secret!
