Of course it is! All based on pure speculation. Remember this was supposed to be the first approved ADT IR now we have another company coming out this week with the first approved. So that was pure BS just like the rest. When will the IMMINENT reverse split happen my guess much sooner than anyone here expects. Or it will just be another 1/2 BILLION added to the bloated float.
