Only problem with that is what Nasrat said at the end of the most recent CC:

Nasrat Hakim: To wrap up, Elite expects to continue to file four ANDAs in 2017, that is on average one and after quarter and of course some of these products will be the ones we talked about and some would be ones we have not discussed due to competitive reasons.

As I said in a post...

The continued back and forth between two significant investors about what was said by Nasrat related to ANDA submittal caused me to listen to the CC once again and what I discovered was that you are both correct and are quoting Nasrat accurately. Here it is...at elapsed time of 13:56 Nasrat said Elite is achieving "my goal of filing one ANDA each quarter." Then, at 20:55 he said...We will file 4 ANDAs in 2017, an average of one per quarter." You can check it yourself...
