#51685 RE: JMAC13 #51684

Good Morning
I posted what I found because I thought it was interesting and different from the day to day banter about the jnj/Titan /verb talk. Yes it maybe weak, but I hoped it might spur further digging in other directions.
As we get closer to the end game it will be harder to keep facts under wrap.

But if you prefer the jnj/Titan/Verb slant then here is a couple more "weak" items from the verb job postings:

1)Clinical Lab Support Engineer
As a Clinical Lab Support Engineer on the Systems Integration team, you will help run clinical feasibility test activities on an advanced robotic surgical platform to advance learning and impact design decisions at Verb Surgical. You will learn how to fully set up, operate, and troubleshoot the robotic surgical system, and directly contribute to the completion of critical clinical testing. This individual will often have the opportunity to observe the system in use by clinicians, key opinion leaders, and high-profile visitors. This is the opportunity of a lifetime for someone with interest in gaining hands-on experience in operating a cutting-edge robotic surgical system, and being a part of the clinical feasibility testing of a technology that is generating tremendous excitement in the field.

Looks like verb is starting clinical testing with their robotic system in parallel with Titan????

2) Principal Research Mechatronics Engineer
“Next generation technologies” is the best way to describe this role. There comes a time in a commercial endeavor when you have to draw a line in order to get “Gen 1” to the market. Yet, there are so many other possibilities and technologies that still need to be pursued and developed further for the “Next Gen” of the system.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a proven record developing practical solutions. We are looking for demonstrated capability to translate new technologies into products. You will have strong interpersonal skills and have a wide range of capabilities, from leading project and team to building and debugging prototypes.

Getting "Gen 1" to market. Isn't this what many on the board have been saying about the sport platform?
Let's get sport to market and deal with the upgrades later.

We have had all sorts of indirect theories and no one has really posted any direct lines or "smoking gun" but at least it gives us something to keep thinking about.
Have a great weekend.

JMAC...got anything of value? Anything showing Verb's actual robot, patents on the robot, anything aside from WEAK?

I don't understand your post. When I posted that there was new information on SEDAR, it was as an FYI to others on the board that there was new information to consume for due diligence, nothing more.

It's pretty well known here that I am not a believer in the Verb connection (I mean, there is even a line in the annual information statement that points out that they'd have to disclose such a relationship if it existed), so I wasn't trying to hand wave about some "connection". I am simply am interested in this technology and its potential to disrupt the current robotic space, and in the potential for Titan's technology to be acquired by a bigger player who is playing catch up with the other manufacturers that are coming to market with their own robots.

The only thing I'm really looking for right now is a sign that Titan has a full-up robot that has demonstrated its ability to perform surgeries for multiple indications from start to finish. My nirvana as an investor is the day that they PR that the robot was used to complete a surgery with the full up system software and final hardware in place. From that moment, this thing becomes immensely valuable as an MA target because they will no longer be talking about going to the moon. They'll have gone to the moon.

Reminds me of this quote;

"The connections are weak, the connections are weak..you're weak....hit the bricks pal and beat bc u are going out"
