I won't swear to it, but I heard that there were rail problems and the train I keep hearing is sitting awaiting rail repairs,,,,, now the problem is that those rails are on back order from China, but will be shipped with oil drill' rig....now don't shoot da messenger, jus pass'n on scoop I got from from Elvis at the VA the other day
