Stating whether the stock will go up or down from here would be an opinion. ONCI not being an MJ company is a fact.

Actually, no, that's not an opinion at all. That is a fact. I haven't seen a single fact that shows this is an MJ company. There is nothing, nada, zilch. Well, unless you count some speculation by the ceo that someday there might be an MJ joint venture.

If there is a fact out there that suggests otherwise, then maybe it is an MJ company. I haven't seen that fact, though.
