Excellent post. Not holding my breath on airport expansion in the immediate future, but I really do believe that idea has huge potential. Was walking through an airport the other day where they carved out a little shop front for a child's play area. Pretty dreary and unsanitary little set-up. A place to have a healthy meal and to wear out the kids before a flight (and have a drink) is an absolute home run in my opinion. Again, not holding my breath on this, but once the brand catches on this could be a big money maker.
