Cry me a river, lori. Maybe you could have given the shareholders SOME indication there was a problem.You did not. And they do have a manufacturer, Jasper.
Did they take ANY action against iJoy? no. Did they tell us they had other manufacturers when Ijoy pulled this stunt??.. Yes.

I have a hard time believing that VHUB could not find alternative financing and manufacturing, and they entered into an agreement which forbids them from seeking better alternatives.They also turned down an unsoliocited offer without informing shareholders. In fact, the sahre holders were not made aware of ANY of this until the end of December. Either complete dishonesty or complete incompetence.
I vote dishonesty because the ijoy situation occurred in July and the news blackout started on January of '16. So i think there was a plan to do this for over a year. Sorry, no votes for you VHUB ..

She states they had no product to sell starting in September, yet not one word of this to the shareholders for nearly 4 months after. Either way, the Winthers have some serious liability to the shareholders here. They do have an insurance policy that will get tested.
