This is huge for ARNH as it has been a very long time coming. With the current listed CEO, Mark Solomon, stepping down to make way for the new ARNH CEO, Jerry Pearring, is huge. Jerry is also the CEO of RLBD as I have confirmed what you have indicated:

Even though their website is currently under construction, the parts that they do have up and running looks very nice. Although speculative for now, this could be huge for ARNH as this looks to be what could connect ARNH to the Marijuana Industry through their CBD infused water:
