B. traded before 3 weeks ago.


sometimes it can take a while for certain trades to show up in the TA report.
It is more likely that this increase represents the payment for the recent newsletter pumps, and some of those shares were unable to trade due to low volume. Don't worry they'll show up.

There is a time delay from Issued to the time it clears the books of the TA. All we can deal with is the varibles as we get them. We will never get up to date current information.

Stock could be being sold now and will not show up till a later time or stock is now available for sell and won;t be sold until the volume picks up or whatever the seller decides.

All we can do is track the outstanding and the daily trading.
