The powers that be can't have mining shares going up more than the DOW and S&P. I believe the Exchange Stabilzation Fund also buys mining shares to help sell off and stem investor momentum. The computer algos are so powerful and able to keep many mining shares showing a decline of a penny or less more times than humanly possible. It's total manipulation but this means our shares are undervalued temporarily. I am not worried because debt is destroying everything but gold and silver. We are going HIGHER unless the entire financial system crashes and burns. More likely we will see massive inflation and mining shares on a rocket propelled blast off upwards!!!!!
