#11799 RE: C C #11798

The withdrawal was driven by the ideal combination of a record late-season arctic outbreak, record LNG feedgas demand to Sabine Pass, and slumping wind generation. The mean population-weighted nationwide temperature for the week fell nearly 7F week-over-week to 43.3F, more than 6F colder than average and the coldest week overall since February 3. LNG feedgas, meanwhile, climbed more than 8 BCF week-over-week to 16.5 BCF after a short period of maintenance the prior week had sharply cut deliveries. The 1-week total represented a new record-high for the plant as all three active liquefaction Trains were operating near 100% capacity.
