I certainly appreciate the acknowledgement that things have not been handled well. Your observation That from what you've read there was probably more expertise available here than what present management contained.

It's like going to a car show and being able to tell the good restorers from the bad. It's just obvious sometimes.

Or......

I have a hard time believing this was all incompetence.

CEO could of hired competence. Like RM.

But that was dropped.

Maybe all this stuff just wasn't important all along.

That there was something else in play here.

Something wrapped in Paper that looked like a company with a product.

To what end or The end goal of the CEO is what we as shareholders should be looking for.

I have read posts from packaging experts, marketing experts, accounting experts, legal experts.


LOL....Yup, all extremely qualified, all with more knowledge then Berman, all with credentials that exceed Berman, all with $$ to fight J&J that Berman could not obtain. But most of all they have more morals then Berman. If you believe what I just wrote I have the winning lotto numbers for the next big power ball.

Public companies are supposed to be democracies. I don't see how that has ever been something observed at DECN. How can one shareholder allegedly force RM on the company if this is a "democracy"? It seems as though the big fish continue to eat while the little fish die off...
