I'm one of the people that still believe in James, and therefore my read on this merger and the reverse split is as follows. About 1 week ago, I asked James when this reverse split would finally be over and done with. His answer to me about one week ago was approx. 2 weeks for everything to be completed. He said that he was working on filling out the merger papers at that time, and that when they were filed, the company could then implement the r.s. thus the approximation of 2 weeks! From the way he spoke, it should be a done deal either by the end of this week, or, next week. And yes, for the poster that said he believed it would be done in Nevada, James said Nevada is where it will be finalized, and he did say that these things seem to get done a lot faster there than they do in California. This is the way it was presented to me, so that's what I believe will be happening. The only thing that he couldn't be sure of, was the exact date. For those who still question whether or not there will be a r.s., it's just a matter of time.
