Hello, please think a little bit...

...they can`t reduce the AS to 500M until the OS are not reduced under 500M with the RS.

Have you ever seen a company with a OS/AS ratio above 1? ;)

Next Steps:

1. Merger
2. RS 1/500 with hopefully not only reducing AS to 500M.
Better would be 50-100M AS but that -until now- is a minority statement in the company!
