Volume has been great since the new buying/promotion began weeks ago.
Doesn't appear to be going away any time soon. I take that as a good sign for sure, however, the big question will be the A/S 750 million share vote. Could certainly dilute the stock if not used carefully, especially if they do not announce a contract by then or shortly after.
The caveat being a contract or major sale clearly trumps any dilution.
