I agree that for the most part all we have our the PR's. However...that is why we ask questions and/or do our own research. One quick call to the Nevada SOS or any state's SOS should inform someone that they don't do asset transfers. Perhaps a tax entity within the state has something they must do but my guess is that would not be public info.
