Rocky, I will assure that none of this is beyond my grasp. I am merely trying to say that the Secy of State is NOT the only division of the State of Nevada and does not maintain the records of the Tax Assessor/Collector or the Dept of Insurance, or any other State division with which Sulja Bros may have registered, recorded, reported or filed the assets. A separate agency search may be necessary to locate the assets, if they were registered with the State since all records are not centralized within the office of the Secretary of State. Why end the search with the Secretary of State?
I simply think to conclude that Sulja LIED before exhausting other avenues within the State of Nevada is a bit premature.
Can you grasp THAT?
