Just one more bad sign. I am not ready to declare this a scam as yet, but with the "rent-a-name", the research center located in outer Mongolia or somewhere and now the late (if ever) filing, the bad omens are stacking up. So, for now, let's just say that it is a very failed enterprise, as does happen often.
