There is no need for Nevada approval of any asset transfer. There may be a requirement in Dubai but I have no knowledge of that.

The issue that I've been discussing started when someone claimed that he had discovered, Inspector Cleauseau style, that no asset transfer was recorded in Nevada SOS.

the only entitlements to a lease are the terms. a lessee "owns" nothing. so what would the government have to do with a transfer of title. that would only take place if there's a transfer ownership of the property, whether it be land and/or improvements.
