sara -- when you are threatened -- it is not you who are the aggressor

GA, FL, many other states, maybe even CA recently voted in "no fault" laws it you defend yourself when threatened

sara, young lady..... You said:

I believe it's wrong to kill someone because they threaten you. I believe you have every right to defend yourself, your loved ones and fellow countrymen, but being the aggressor isn't morally justified.

If we took the time to add up all the people who have died at the hand of the Islamic Terrorists, since 1979, there is no way that you can say we are the aggressor.

IMHO, the reason we are in this mess now is because so many people in government were pussy's when we were attacked in the past. Didn't you ever consider the wisdom in winning by a show of force?

Did you forget, or never take the time to look into the fact that when Khomeini finally let the hostages go free when Reagan was inaugurated, that the Islamic terrorists made those hostages run the gauntlet as they went to the plane.

I think I understand where you are coming from; but, I fear you have no idea where we are going, if we don't take the initiative here. I hope you like mushrooms, cause they are going to be growing over Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Houston, and probably a lot more locations.

I recently dropped off one of those PODS (Portable On Demand Storage) in Fremont, California. I also took a forklift north of San Francisco. A week later, my wife was visiting my nephew in San Francisco. It is a wonderful city. One of my favorite pastors has a church in the heart of the gay community, and he had to raise his kids in a dungeon environment to protect them from the crazies. Chuck Swindall's "Insight for Living" program mentioned that pastor on his radio program this week.

I don't want a mushroom growing out of the Bay Area. Do You????????? Think about it. Islamic terrorists make the crazies of San Francisco look like helpless babies.

The beginning of love is to let those we love be perfectly themselves, and not to twist them to fit our own image. Otherwise we love only the reflection of ourselves we find in them. -Thomas Merton

So, I am bowing out of trying to get you to understand.
