If assets aren't received by the state, then why did Steve say that the state would receive the assets?

Can I ask a dumb question??

Their PR stated that "the Asset transfer to Nevada has been finished". If it can only be reflected on their balance sheet, what's the significance of transferring the Assets to Nevada?? They could be anywhere.

Secondly, if anything actually did get transferred in whatever shape or form, if it was a transaction doen with the state govt, it WILL show up somewhere, if not the SOS.
