Reverse split in next PR? UISMJ doesn't even have enough shares authorized (15.5 billion shares) to accommodate the convertible notes they already have on their books.
They either need to raise the share authorization to 20 or 30 billion shares, or do a reverse split and keep the share auth. at 15.5 billion shares, so they can keep diluting billions of shares.
