The Company had cash of $2,973,779, at October 31, 2016 and $579,924 at October 31, 2015, and the Company had working capital of $2,897,372 at October 31, 2016 and working capital of $1,120,587 at October 31, 2015. The Company had $1,717,250 in short-term investments at October 31, 2016 and $517,250 at October 31, 2015.

Short-term investment is BTH Shares but that makes $4,691,029

Then add-in

SUBSEQUENT EVENTS
(a) Subsequent to October 31, 2016, the Company issued 5,524,870 common shares for proceeds of $1,172,825 pursuant to the exercise of share purchase warrants.

Making $5,863,854 on Hand

And those Warrants for $1,172,825 used in Oct - There's about 6M left and they too are .25 BLO and only a few, maybe 1/2M have Exercised since then but Stock price is about up 100% higher than their BUY price

Now they also have some Options of 6M and those last 2.75M Options have a strike price of .85 BLO and most of the rest are .30 and .25 or another $3M plus

They could hold $10M now if all Exercise - I think not and the last Couple or 3 Months maybe 1/2M have and another 12M of Warrants and Options to go - They'd be up like I say -100% today

So then you get to cost or their burn rate - They have no debt

Operating Activities
The Company used net cash of $179,903 in operating activities during the period ended October 31, 2016 compared to $199,541 during the period ended October 31, 2015.

The NEW Deal with THE Yost Group is $60K for the Year or $5K

They have the Ca$h to Buy weak hands - Even FIN has $3M ca$h to use on something - Bet they Invested some here

I'm LONG and most Longs here know what they have - You think they can't do this but your Long BTH which is hurting on Ca$h - BTH also has a 100M Authoration and if totaled Deluited is about 85M - Want do you think they'll do for Ca$h and not enough Authorized to raise money

BLO/ZZ on the other hand has Plenty of Ca$h and what's needed will be shares for Investor once Testing Starts
