This is how I understand it. They meant to setup ORRV Acquisition, Inc. in Nevada as the entity to merge both ORRV and McCusker Holding Corp into. They made a typo and registered OORV Acquisition, Inc. in Nevada. Instead of changing the name of OORV Acquisition, Inc. to ORRV Acquisition, Inc., since this name will be changed to McCusker something something at some point anyway, they changed the merger agreement so that they are now all merging into OORV Acquisition, Inc. since a merger agreement is easier to change than an entity name in the NVSOS. The name of the entity that they all merge into doesn't really matter.
It will all come out in the wash in the end anyway
