I think ICLD predicts that this will change in 2017. Page 47 of the 10-K:

"As a result of the sale of our Highwire division, we expect the percentage of our revenue derived from our professional services segment to decline, and that our revenues in 2017 will be more equally apportioned among our three operating segments."

I expect we will continue to see better things from quarter to quarter this year, imo.
