Because the company is diluting a shit ton of shares and people are riding the short elevator down. Until they stop we're going to continue to lose money. God can only hope there's a PR with some magical news in the next 2 weeks. I hate the OTC.

Because people who have been doing this for years don't take that as positive news. They took that as desperation news to save their falling stock whether that is true or no idk but that is the perception that was created. also 1.6 mil is very minute. small contract, nothing to get super excited about.

I think it was more timing, looked more like a desperate measure from the company to stop the bleeding.

Unless... it's possible imo that was a previously scheduled pr, just bad luck on timing, to be a set up for another weekend pr.

Either way I think icld hit some sort of weird limbo for a bit, but excited to see how it plays out.
