no what i've always said is that NON RETAIL works cycles of money on targeted OTC stox (and by
default OTC companies) .. because they could .. and if caught .. a mere slap on the wrist fine
ensued .. which then could be made up in a nano second via another targeted OTC stock/company

NON RETAILs' CONditioning by rote (cue that 99% stat trotted out to suit) is that it is always the company

vs ignoring to suit the MASSIVE amount of money engendered .. initially via CEs' cycles of monies in play
and in due course usually leaving *road kill*

interesting to note that more and more OTC companies are fighting back due to *awareness* re: patterns

rest assured .. with P2O's ability to execute .. discovery is on tap as well .. something i suspect that
has long since been conveyed to *overlapping* entities embedded in PTOI since 2009

here's to what P2O flies next :)
