What it means is if you sell 50,000 or any number of shares and you don't tell anyone with your time stamp(s), it gets reported as being illegally shorted as air shares, which, of course, we all know isn't true...
And those air shares (non-reported time stamps) have been secretly added all these years to try and make people believe there are millions of shares that have been illegally sold, which is just nonsense...
It's all made up and never proven by showing biweekly short interest figures reported by NASDAQ and FINRA...
