“It's not what you don't know that kills you, it's what you know for sure that ain't true.” MT

so you once again allege information that you show no proof of ...
many Questions still Lurking ....
Debt Magically Evaporated according to you?
Conversion Rate of MNII SuperShares looms 10,000:1 ...?

do you believe that $MNII will see $4.8 mil payout out of $48.5+mil claim (not including interest)??? If so, then $.25 is a steal per share! That would pay out $1 per share.

Ans: NO

I'M pretty sure not many will be comfortable with 100% Losses when MNII Common Shares get Deleted permanently

there were outstanding certain Collateral Trust Bonds in
the amount of $1,242,460.00 bearing interest at 6% per annum due April
30 1965. These bonds were secured by First Mortgage Bonds issued by
clafmant~ the mortgaged security being the claimant’s property in Cuba
which was taken by the Government of Cuba on August 6, 1960. The
Commission therefore finds that the amount of $1,242,460.00 represents
a lien on claimant’s property in Cuba and must be deducted from the total

I think you judge me wrong a bit. I'm a trader yes but I have dozens of holdings I hold for many many months sometimes up to a year if I think the story is there.

My first beef was that after that conference back then I came to the conclusion that if ever this will be a thing of years and not months. People here disagreed. Then after some statements made by Trump I came here and said that this is looking extremely unlikely to be resolved anytime soon if ever. People disagreed again, heck some came out and called certain articles "great" while I was shaking my head. And now here we are, even die hard longs have sold out lately as we heard.

Months ago this was getting more unlikely by the day to have any resolution anytime soon if ever. Of course one can always just hold and hope for a promo or some other hype in such a low floater, but that's another thing. Maybe 06 and lower is attractive to buy for some pump, it sure is more attractive then at 20 cents when people were buying.
