I agree xZx. From a business perspective. Taking Oranoxis public right now as the MMJ sector is heating up and the government is actively seeking testing alternatives. It sets the stage for absolutely massive amount of public interest and funds... JMO.
So what about the run up? Everyone was watching for oranoxis to make a move because that was the prevailing theory. Easiest explanation is the likeliest. Don't remember you around here at that time so maybe you didn't know.
