No one on this board has actual facts to answer your question of why the insiders are not buying since we are not insiders. Your guess is as good as anyone else's. But you must keep on mind those guys receive shares as part of their compensation.

Hello,

My theory is this that the insiders have already invested all the can into the company. Can they buy more, yes probably, but for example when going through financial data, some of the guys on the Board of Directors have up-to 4 million shares. Dr. N has invested into the company also, but lets not forget how many insiders are there? Only few staff members in the WA office and handful of Directors I mean this is a small operation.

In addition those guys probably have warrants from previous raises hence they are risk exposure is somewhat dampened.

Also, each quarter Board Members get free shares as a forum of payment for sticking with the company, so they are one way or another growing their positions.

If you are an insider, I think it is easier just to grant yourself stock options, than to buy...
Look through the form 4 filings at https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CYDY/filings and you can see all the employees have them.
