I think that antibodies against the myelin sheath are a big deal, and by their antibody leading to b cell destruction, they are only immunomodulating 1/2 of the immune system. To me, this is important because you want to leave some of your immune system intact to fight infection. Some of the current treatments destroy both B and T cells which leaves a patient susceptible to infection. This is kind of my thinking here.
