$PMCB look at Chardan Capital Markets LLC with all big transaction for a lots of companies. They are funding to PMCB to get the PPS up so they can make money down the road. They will hold those shares for a bigger profit my Friend. One example, they funded $95M to Avexis Inc. and that biotech company trade at $54.19. Do you think they didn't do DD and see a big potential on PMCB before decide to fund $50M to PMCB? This is a real deal my Friends!!!!

Thanks for correcting me ... Big difference. That is why I put what I am thinking out there... So it can be corrected, or validated. I am not too worried about dilution based on the limits placed on Chardan by PMCB. We have worked with them before, and they are not fly by night.
