I would like to ask the board. What if G or X took over? What would happen to our shares? Would our shares be dissolved into nothing? or would our shares become something big? My limited knowledge tells me it depends on the type of takeover: Hostile or Non-hostile.
Greg, I believe IF a new interested party would step up the plate that would create a completely new game and I wish nothing more than this to happen!!!
BUT
For G to buy another 15% for a majority and controlling holding is much easier than for a newcomer to get to that level. Nevertheless it definitely would help the pps. So just let's hope this will happen!!!
Regarding the take over, no you will not loose your money on this. The taking over party will offer you a price well above the pps at that time to get your shares. But I'm also not a specialist in this so maybe somebody else can answer your question.
