I bring the attention of the board to details within the company's own regulatory filings and to the facts stated within them. And im trying to confuse people?

You, Eicoman, Carlo and a few others have been here for years. Lead by example. Lead your readers to the truth. Not just pumping up the prospects and trying to silence people bringing a different point of view to what you are spewing.

Hey Aprilov. If you and Eicoman spoke to Matt in detail, and he told you guys that it was all about getting the NDA resubmitted. How can he have oversaw that the NASDAQ situation was all but finalized back then? He told you that the NASDAQ requirement had been satisfied, no? I vividly remember you posting this.

And going by the email you shared with the board today, it clearly states that Apricus had to file the S1 and then raise money with it to satisfy the NASDAQ requirements. It's more than obvious that the requirements weren't satisfied back then when he told you this.

Do you still believe in this guy?
