Under what condition would you sell your ASTI for a large loss?

Sure, we know you are a true believer and have patience, but suppose for a moment you are wrong and the stock does not recover.

What would be the reason for you to sell and take a loss?

If you are willing ride it to zero in bankruptcy then say that.
