Excellent news! So VIP around the world stays intact. And it looks like this was planned in order to 'improve the company going forward'. I also wonder what is meant my a 'management' buyout. Any idea?

I am still confused as to the nature of this buyout...If VIP is sold then you would think that all location products etc...etc...etc go with it.

Maybe the Private limited Company label keeps them separate??

Just not adding up......I still feel good things ahead!!
