yes they can do private placement, but that would mess with the pps requirements, the 500K came from statements from the company, it makes sense, the burn was 800k per month, they reduced by 30%,and the pro forma put numbers out to the selloff not as of 12/31,
they will end Q1 with over 2.5M in sh eq, and satisfy nasdaq

Does it all become clear now? Why did the short position in Apricus increase to 3X-4X what it was and was not in panic mode when volume pretty much came to a stand still?

They can cover using this Secondary offering if that is what they want. But history in Apricus shows us that the prices will dip way under the offering price and the price remain depressed for quite some time after the offering is closed.

We can try to put a price on what Vitaros in the U.S. is worth but at the end of the day, it is only worth what Apricus' management sells the company out for.
